The B10 has a two-piece maple back with a light flame, while the top is made from spruce. This instrument is based on a Guarneri violin model. This violin has a good cover of red-brown varnish with light shading, inspired by the red-tones of a full-bodied shiraz - the Barossa Valley’s specialty. The B10 is fitted with Wittner fine-tune pegs, an ebony tailpiece & a Teller Master bridge.
The B10 has a bright, bold & articulate sound with a good level of clarity & focus. It would be suitable for beginners, early-intermediate players & the serious amateur. This violin is strung with Larsen Tzigane strings to add a level of warmth & complexity to the overall brightness of this instruments sound.
